Love conquers all

When I think of a conqueror it conjures up an image of a powerful entity against whom everything and everyone must bow to its control. It caused me to think of what the two great powers in the universe are - love and fear. We can be conquered by either one of them. We can be conquered by love when we allow its presence to guide our actions. Love can be a guiding force in eradicating poverty, disease, loneliness, and many other conditions. Fear can be a conqueror when it feeds on thoughts of scarcity, jealousy, and ignorance. As an old story of two wolves representative of these two forces go, the more powerful of the two depends on which one you feed more. Each day you have the choice as to whether you function out of love or fear. Consider what the world around you will be like based upon that choice. You possess a great capacity to spread either of these two forces in the world with your words and actions. Which of these two forces will you use to conquer the world today?
