Surrendering to the unexpected

Today I had several activities in my daytimer which I had been excitedly anticipating. At the end of my morning I learned that one of my tires had gone flat and that, as I knew from last Friday's car maintenance appointment, all four tires needed to be replaced. I changed my scheduled appointments and wondered what was supposed to occur in their place. As I left the house to take the car to the tire store, I casually picked up a book entitled Get Clients Now. The chapters I read while waiting for my tires to be installed answered all the questions I had been having about my business. Now I am driving a safer vehicle, am more knowleadgeable about business approaches, and am closer to achieving my goals.
