The quality of the month
One way to increase your vibrational level is to focus on a positive character trait and practice it for an entire month. This month I chose Kindness and will continue practicing it through the month of July. It initially requires a conscious effort, but eventually it becomes a part of your daily repertoire of behaviors. I also notice the physical changes that occur as I do this. I experience a sense of well being as I interact with people in a kind way. I also notice a change in my physical state when I do or say something that is counter to kindness. I now prefer the state of being that accompanies acts of kindness and realize I have control over that process. It isn't necessary to choose a quality that is an extreme for us. In fact, it is better to fine tune one that is more familiar to us. Try it for a month and see if it makes a difference for you. Which quality will you choose first?
