Unconditional love in a fur coat

For years when I was single and living alone, my friends would recommend that I buy a pet to keep me company. I would thank them for the suggestion and tell them that I was never home long enough to give the pet the attention he needed and deserved. It had also been over 40 years since I last had a pet and I didn't feel like I was in a hurry to obtain one. The Universe had other plans for me when Rocky, our cockapoo, appeared unexpectedly in what would be a lesson in unconditional love and the Law of Allowing. Rocky is so in the moment, especially after greeting me following an extended trip like the one to Germany. He is so excited to see me and resume his companionship without questioning where I was and why I hadn't communicated while away. He is also highly sensitive to my emotions and stays close by when he thinks I need more of his loving presence. I truly feel that love on a daily basis.
