A new start

Think of each morning that you awaken as a new start to your life. You arise to a day that has never been used. You have the freedom to choose what that day will be like for you. Even when an adverse event occurs, you have the choice as to how you will deal with it. You can choose to adopt a victim mentality or negotiate your way through it knowing that you have the strength to overcome it. If you accept that you create your own reality, then what reality are you creating today? Focus on the good that surrounds you and more good will follow. That is how the Law of Attraction works. Make a pact with yourself to be gentle to you when you don't handle things perfectly. Remember that life is about progress and not perfection. Acknowledge the good that you do. Be aware of how you make a difference in the lives of others. Remember that you can choose to start your day independent of the time on a clock.
