Choose your words carefully

Our words are powerful. Did you know that words spoken aloud have even more power than those that we keep to ourselves? There are countless stories of people who proclaimed events aloud that manifested themselves in reality. One such story is of a man who found himself locked in the refrigerator car of a train. As time passed he began to write his words on the wall of the car. He spoke of becoming colder until he succumbed to the frigid temperatures. When they found him it turned out that the cooling unit had malfunctioned and that the temperature of the car was in the 50s the entire time he was there. Is this based on the mindset we create or the universe responding to our words? Either could be an explanation or perhaps there is another reason for this occurring. What matters is our spoken words can be transformed into our future. Think of the last words you spoke aloud. What power did you instill within them. Now think of what your life could be like if you focused on limiting them to positive statements. Perhaps this could be your New Year’s resolution. What can you do today to manifest a positive future based on your words?
