Decisions, decisions

It seems to be part of human nature that we want to make foolproof decisions. In some cases we can feel paralyzed by such a need. Should I take this job? Should I invest in this venture? Should I ask him or her to marry me? What if I make the wrong choice? What if I don't like my new job? What if I lose all the money I invest? What happens if the marriage doesn't last? Our decisions are based on the information we have at the time. If you need more information, give yourself that time. Ask yourself what would be the worst thing that could result if you said either yes or no to the decision. When you finally do make the decision, let it go realizing that you cannot do anything to make it different in that moment. Watch how your decision plays itself out. While there is no turning back, there is always moving forward. There are few things that are irreversible in life. If you make your decision and learn that it was not the best one for you, what steps can you take to make a new decision? Think about situations where you have done this in the past. How did your new decision work out for you?
