Focusing your energy

It is helpful to be mindful of where we are focusing our energy today. Our energy takes its direction from our thoughts and feelings. I can check in with my thoughts and feelings at any time on a conscious level. They are what we are most aware of in the moment. We can consciously change the messages in our heads and thus influence what we are feeling. But what about the thoughts we hold on an unconscious level? This may be more of a challenge for us to modify. We may have to delve into old belief systems and hold them up to the light of what we truly desire and deserve. This is where the Law of Allowing comes into play. We need to create positive affirming thoughts about our intentions and tune in to the messages we receive that may be blocking their manifestation in our lives. Changing our thinking can change our lives. Where is your energy focused today?
