Giving thanks
Every day is an opportunity to express gratitude for what we have. We can start our day by being thankful for being given a day that has never been used. It is up to each of us to choose how we will spend the precious moments that will never be ours again. We can be thankful for something as simple as having those choices to make. We can be thankful for the individual blessings we have had bestowed on us. They may be being a part of a family, having a job, having somewhere to eat our meals, or enjoying good health. This may differ for each of us, but if we search we will find it. When we express thanks we raise our vibrational level making us more receptive to accepting more of what we desire. Our lives can be forever transformed when we are in a state of gratitude. What are you grateful for today?
