When it comes to moods. people generally describe good moods and bad moods. When we are in a good mood life runs smoothly. We tend to feel grateful for what is happening around us. Problems seem to have a way of working themselves out. When we are in a bad mood, nothing seems to go right. We focus on our problems which appear to lack solutions. It is difficult to express gratitude for what is happening. We get into the victim role. Moods can change if we consciously focus on our thinking.
