Life after life

Have you ever wondered what happens after you breathe your final breath? Some people believe that, when this occurs, death is final. The years spent on this earth have now come to an end. For others there is another chapter that leads to a spiritual world that we call home. Many see it as a place where we are reunited with loved ones including our pets. We live in perfect happiness where time is irrelevant. We may at some point decide to return to earth to experience life in a new form. Each return is based on opportunities to expand our understanding of our purpose for being here. Thus there is a never ending cycle of birth and rebirth. Our presence on earth is forever temporary with the promise that there will always be a return to our spiritual home. Knowing this supports our commitment to living a life that demonstrates our love for self and others as a reminder that this is what life is for – to give and receive love in the way that the Universe shows us. We will only know the answer to what awaits us when the moment of our departure arrives. What do you think awaits you when this life ends?
