Life is amazing

Right now you may be reading this blog on your computer monitor, your iPad, or your iPhone. We can book flights to foreign lands online and complete all of the needed paperwork without having to leave the comfort of our home. We store data in the cloud and have a vast library of information at our fingertips by just having to type in a few keywords. New medical procedures and ways to address life threatening diseases are being developed each day. This is the stuff of what was science fiction fifty years ago. What do they all have in common? They began as an idea in the mind of their creators. That idea was expanded from the intangible to the tangible. This is a microcosm of how the Universe works. Thought becomes reality. You do the same every day of your life when you plan a meal, carry out a job task, or think about where you will vacation. Ten or twenty years from now you will look around you and observe new ways of living in the world that will look very different from today. You will remind others, "Remember when we used to have to..." Just like I recall having to continuously call someone on the rotary phone because we did not have voice mail or drive or take the bus to the library to do research for a school project. Life is amazing today and will be even more amazing tomorrow. How is life amazing for you?
