Making time

Consider all that you want to accomplish in life. This includes the work you do, having a loving relationship, the activities that re-energize you, and where you live. That’s a lot to consider. Now take a step back and ask yourself what actions you would need to take to have those become a reality. What education and training would you need to qualify for the job you seek? What qualities would you need to identify for your life partner? What activities do you enjoy and how are you accommodating for them in your life today? You get the picture. Now dive deeper and ask yourself what your beliefs are about having each of these manifest for you. Are they positive or negative? If they are negative, how will they lead to you achieving what you want in life? What do you need to do to turn them around? Finally, all of this requires that you make space to allow these new beliefs to turn your desires into the life you want. Take at least 15 minutes of your day to focus on what is important to you and your future. You can do this through meditation, spending time in nature, or journaling. What are you doing to make space to focus on what you want your life to be?
