Nurturning your inner child
I recently took a road trip to Portland with my neighbors for a Halloween buying spree. Halloween kicks off the holiday season for me. This is partially due to having my birthday the day after it. While most of my life is spent focused on the adult side of me, I realize that it isjust as important to nurture my inner child. This is especially true when our childhood was not given the opportunity to do so. As I stepped into one storetha t was filled with Halloween decorations, I experienced a feeling that I hadn’t had in many years. A feeling of exhilaration and joy rushed through me. I savored that moment allowing it to flow into every cell of my body. As I continue to be open to new ways of recognizing my emotions, I encounter situations that stir them within me. My inner child deserves to be spoiled knowing that he is worth being treated in such manner. None of my purchases were based on what I needed. They were what I wanted. I was clear on that. Since I had the finances to easily cover this trip, I focused on all the good feelings that accompanied it. That raises my vibrational level that attracts more that is good. How do you nurture your inner child?
