Obviously the bad is a situation that is likely temporary in nature while the ugly can extend over months or years. Unfortunately no one is immune to any of these conditions. While you may not believe that you don’t have much control over what occurs in your life, there are steps you can take to reduce their appearance in your life. When it comes to the bad, you might become more mindful of your health and safety, you could accept that no relationship lasts forever, or you could maintain a healthy balance in your bank account to counter any unexpected expenses. When it comes to the ugly, your response to it may have fewer options. You may not be able to reverse a life threatening disease or fend off a bankruptcy, although you could end an . When you feel powerless over a situation, remind yourself that you can always control your attitude toward it. It will require effort on your part, but it can be done.
