This too shall pass

You have probably heard the statement that the only thing that is constant in life is change. Whatever you are dealing with today will change in some manner tomorrow. It may look insignificant, but it is still a change. Perhaps you are dealing with a long-term debilitating health condition. The change may occur as a new treatment or a new level of acceptance on your part. You may be working in a job that feels thankless or dead end. In today’s world there are no guarantees as to how long that job will exist. In the meantime you may take action to learn new skills that will provide new opportunities. If you can’t change anything happening around you, you can always change your attitude toward the situation. Evolution and change are inevitable no matter what you try to do to resist it. Our bodies respond to our years of life in spite of Botox and cosmetic surgeries. People who have amassed vast quantities of wealth today may find themselves penniless tomorrow. Be open to change and what it has to offer. Remember that life is a journey and we all are heading to the same destination. Choosing to live one day at a time and accepting its gifts can make all the difference in the world. What are you dealing with today that will most likely pass tomorrow?
