Trying too hard
When we go about setting an intention it is important to monitor the thoughts and feelings that follow it. If our thoughts gravitate to constantly reminding ourselves of how vital this is in our lives and the disappointment we would feel if it didn't manifest, then we will create a vibrational level that is more likely to attract disappointment. If we experience uneasiness or doubt when we think about our intention, it will send a message to the Universe that this may not be what we truly desire. Create positive thoughts that generate positive feelings and you increase the likelihood that what you set forth in your intention will come to be. Imagine having that intention in your life today and focus on the feelings of excitement, fulfillment, and joy that accompany it. Then release the outcome to the Universe knowing that it is done to us as we believe. Having your intention manifest itself should not be a struggle. If it feels like this, then it is important to look at any limiting beliefs you have that are serving as obstacles and doing what you can to change them.
