Victim or victor
There may be events in our lives in which it would be easy to say, "Look what they are doing to me." It may be related to your relationship, your finances, or your job. We may have a need to share our sad story with others hoping for sympathy or support for our feelings of misery. This can take us into a downward spiral of negativity which will only attract more reasons to feel like a victim. There are often solid facts that contribute to our emotional state. We should not dismiss this information. When we are feeling like a victim, we can make a conscious decision to change our thinking in a positive direction. We can seek out wise counsel. We can ask ourselves what we have learned from this experience. We most definitely need to engage in large doses of self love. Beating ourselves up for the decisions we have made in the past will not improve the situation today. When we make the decision to be the victor, rather than the victim, we will begin to observe the Universe intervening to come to our aid. If you are dealing with feelings of victimization, what can you do today to become the victor?
