Your power switch

Each of us is equipped with a power switch. This power extends beyond the energy needed to function on a physical level. It is the power that you can tap into at any moment to energize you at all levels. Think about the times that you may be feeling unhappy or disappointed. Give yourself permission to walk through those feelings to determine their value in your life today. Then decide to throw the power switch when you are ready to tap into your source of positive connection. You can do the same for your physical, mental, and spiritual states. I used to do this before I would begin an exam. Before I would even look at the test, I would close my eyes and connect to the source of all knowledge. I think it worked because I maintained a 4.0 grade average through two advanced degrees. The more I decide to throw the power switch, the more I see how it works in my life. Consider what you are connecting to when you do this. You are connecting to all that the source is: power, beauty, love, joy, creativity, wholeness. It is yours whenever you decide. Why would you choose to withhold this from yourself when it is available to you 24 hours a day? Notice the difference when your power switch is on and when it is off.
