Gone but not forgotten

Our days are filled with a myriad of experiences that elicit a myriad of emotions. It is estimated that the average human has between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts per day. For feelings it is estimated that we have between 15,000 and 20,000 of those per day. We may be largely unaware of most of these thoughts and feelings, but they are still present. They are stored in the subconscious where they reside over the span of our lives. In the case of our emotions, they may be affecting us in ways we hadn't even considered. When they are negative in nature such as unworthiness or heartache, they may hold us back from fully experiencing life. I work with clients using a technique that identifies and releases these trapped emotions creating a new sense of vitality and enthusiasm for life. What was holding them back from pursuing a healthy relationship or the work they were meant to do, is no longer present. They can move forward with their lives unencumbered by the effects of these emotions that have been sapping their energy. The good news is that there are ways to free yourself of the negative effects of the past. What would your life be like if you were free of such bonds? What would you have, be, or do today that would be different from the past?
