Think happy thoughts

Date:
November 8, 2022

In Peter Pan, Peter tells the children that in order to fly (making the impossible possible) they must think happy thoughts. With a little practice they become accomplished at flying through the air with the greatest of ease. The same is true in The Sound of Music when Maria suggests to the children that they think of their favorite things to dispel their fears of the thunderstorm. Since we can control our thoughts, we can make conscious choices of which types to think - positive or negative. When we choose happy thoughts, we begin to watch our life change for the better. This can be applied to any situation we currently face. It may even generate positive solutions that take us in an entirely new direction. What is currently going on in your life that creating happy thoughts might provide a different perspective?
